Also, I realized that I want to help other introverts to succeed in life as well. To use the gift of introversion to be special and to contribute to others. How cool?

Excited About Helping Others
I just realized that I get really excited when I see my sales job, leading a team and networking for that matter, as a way to help others. Weird but true. I learned that it really energize me, that I can turn my introversion into a gift to help others.

LESSON ABOUT BLOGGING
I learned that I do not have the commitment nor discipline to maintain a blog. It is not easy as I need to find a fixed time to update stuffs and sometimes I have to censor them for fear of being read by the wrong people with wrong reasons to read blogs. It is in short, a chore.
Unless, I blog about something really, really close to my heart. I know that learning about life, work and people is something that really interests me, so perhaps this time, I'll give it another shot. To blog about my lessons in daily living, working and being with others.

Jumping ahead to the end of my life, what are the 3 most important lessons I have learned and why are they so critical?
They are:
1. That I can do all things if I believe in God because God believes in me. Life is too short for lack of confidence and thinking small and negatively.
2. Motivation is the key to great performance for others as well as me. Everyone needs motivation, love and hope.
3. The most important things in life i.e. faith, health, fitness, relationships, integrity, joy, values & service to others need to be kept as the most important things in life or there may never be time for them. Life shouldn’t be about just deadlines, stress and worries.
Think of someone that I deeply respect. Describe the 3 qualities that I admire most in this person.

“He was a positive and creative force that had made a difference in our lives”
My personal vision (reflecting my deepest values):
I can see myself as a positive and creative force in my own life empowered by God. I see myself rising from my past and creating a glorious present and future for myself and for my family. I see myself transcending all forms of negativity and come up a winner in life. I see myself sharing my learning, experience and wisdom I gather along the way with others who has the same passion for life and for God. Amen.
My Work/Career Vision (reflecting my deepest values):
I can see myself volunteering the best parts of my mind, heart, energy and passion to the organization I work for. I see myself doing great, creative and profitable work. I do this by seeing that God & my work and personal relationships as a part of my work, as they’re the source of motivation, energy and love to do what I do. Amen.
